The price is $140 per night with a 2 night minimum stay.
After we have agreed an available arrival date, your payment of a deposit will secure it.

Cancellations notified more than 30 days before the booked arrival date will be entitled to a full refund less a 5% admin fee.
Cancellations notified 30 days or less and more than 14 days before the booked arrival date will forfeit the full deposit.
Cancellations 14 days or less before the booked arrival date will forfeit all monies paid.
